Rose & Caramel's White Party

International tanning and beauty brand, Rose & Caramel, had two phenomenal world-first products they wanted to make some noise about. We were tasked with event planning, celebrity booking, project management and securing press coverage for their white party launch while also securing more than 14 pieces of national, regional and local press coverage. 

Together with the client's input, we developed the concept for the brands celebrity shindig. Our white party event was attended by celebrities, including Hollyoaks stars Nikki Sanderson, Jorgie Porter and Jazz Franks, reality TV queen Charlotte Dawson, Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan and Zahida Allen, Josh Ritchie from Love Island, Coronation Street actress Faye Brookes, Jemma Lucy from Celebrity Big Brother, and model Rhian Sugden.

The launch featured giant branded balloons and gift bags, life-sized versions of the two new hero products, with huge cake creations also in the same style. Entertainment included a performance from Girls That Mix, featuring an electronic violinist, saxophone player, percussionist and DJ, while our branded-up fire-breathers set the night alight!

Following a successful event, we were then taken on board by Rose & Caramel to manage press and PR, and their soon-to-be-announced celebrity tanning ranges.
