Lisa George

Lisa George is an established actress and singer, most well known for her 10-year (and counting) role as fiery Beth Tinker (Sutherland) in ITV’s flagship soap, Coronation Street. Lisa landed the role after previously starring in the soap three times as smaller characters.

In 2019, Lisa joined the cast of ITV’s Dancing on Ice, where she impressed the national with her ice skating ability. Paired with professional skater and TV doctor Tom Naylor, Lisa made it all the way to the quarter finals and finished in 5th place. In 2022, Lisa signed up for ITVs All Star Musicals - showcasing her talent as a singer and impressing the judges while performing as Sally Bowles from Cabaret. 

A household name, Lisa is a drama school trained performer and alongside her acting career, she has also released two rockabilly albums. Prior to her career changing role on Coronation Street, Lisa had landed a multitude of roles in hit shows including: The Bill, Emmerdale, Holby City and Casualty.
