Jay Howard

Jay is an award-winning Disability Advocate, TV Personality and Presenter, best known for appearing on hit Channel 4 series Married At First Sight UK (2023).

Jay has captivated the nation with her northern charm and unfiltered attitude toward life and living with her disability. Throughout the series she educated the nation while raising awareness by speaking candidly about her personal experiences as a person with a limb difference.

Jay continues supporting the limb difference community as a disability advocate and charity ambassador for Reach, the UKs leading limb difference charity.

She received an award at the Power of Women 2024 in recognition of her advocacy work and she was also invited to a prestigious event at the House of Lords bringing together influential women. Jay also recently attended the Paris 2024 Paralympics as a C4 talent and she has also just joined the Pride of Britain judging panel for their Regional Fundraiser of the Year 2024 award with ITV News.

She has just wrapped filming for her first presenting role, with the project set to TX later this year.
